The Documentary, 'You be the Sky' is the first one of its kind which encapsulates the incorporation of Contemplative Practices or Meditation as a strong basis for systemic reforms in Corrections (Prisons) and Police Performance. This film through faithful documentation brings forth the intensity and larger impact of such reforms on individual minds and systems whether of captivity (Prisons) or with responsibility for law enforcement (Policing). Directed by Dr. Lavlin Thadani, 'You be the Sky' dwells on the importance of humane management and sensitive governance, be it in prison or policing. It is also a documentation of a 'Holistic Reform' system brought about by Dr. Kiran Bedi, currently Civilian Police Advisor to the United Nations and former Inspector General Prisons and Special Commissioner Delhi Police (India). The film has been produced by India Vision Foundation, an NGO borne out of Kiran Bedi's Magsaysay Award, considered equivalent to Asian Nobel Peace Prize.
